Upload documents such as your ID (front/back), tax certificate, trade registry or signatory circular to the dashboard. All files are stored encrypted.

The Travia team reviews your application within 24-48 hours. You are notified of the outcome by SMS; once approved, your invite code is generated.

Contract Signing
Download the digital contract generated by Travia from the dashboard, sign it and upload it back. Your contract becomes active.

Share Your Invite Code
Send hotel owners your personalized invite code (e.g. TR-AKDENİZ-7Q9X). When a hotel registers with it, it is automatically linked to you.

Payouts & Payments

Common questions about the Partner Program
Who can become a partner?
Anyone with a registered legal entity in Turkey (sole proprietorship, LTD or joint-stock company) and connections to hotel owners can apply. Ideal for tourism consultants, hospitality graduates, digital agencies and individual entrepreneurs.
When is commission paid out?
Payouts are calculated in monthly bulk cycles and transferred to your registered IBAN on the 5th of the following month. All receipts and reports can be downloaded from the dashboard.
Can more than one partner register the same hotel?
No. A hotel is linked to the partner whose invite code it first registers with, and generates commission for that partner for the duration of the contract.
How long is the contract term?
The standard contract runs for 1 year and renews automatically. Either party retains the right to terminate with 30 days' written notice.
Is there a minimum target per hotel?
No. You can join the program with just a single hotel; there is no minimum room count, revenue or reservation target.
Is there a special rate for high volume?
Yes. As your number of active hotels and monthly commission volume grow, your share rises from 15% up to 30%. It is triggered automatically by the "performance band" clause in your contract.
How is commission calculated?
Your share (15-30%) is calculated on the per-room commission the hotel pays Travia (15-20%). For example, on a 5.000 ₺ reservation Travia earns 750-1.000 ₺ in commission; you receive 15-30% of that (~110-300 ₺) as your share.
How do taxes and invoicing work?
All your payouts are deposited net (with VAT and withholding tax already calculated). You issue a service invoice to Travia through your sole proprietorship or legal entity; every invoice, receipt and financial report can be downloaded from the dashboard with one click.
