Idea & team
A hospitality and software team came together in Istanbul. The first pilot study measuring the real impact of WhatsApp automation in hotels was launched.
The birth of Zetan AI
The Zetan AI architecture was developed — a knowledge base tailored to your hotel plus the ability to execute 50+ natural-language commands. KBS and e-Invoice integrations were completed.
